You ARE worthy, you are top-ten material…even if the schools you secretly dreamed of did not send you an acceptance email. You are.
Not because ‘they’ say so, but because you DECIDE So. That’s right, Wen: make up your mind that you can swim with the best…and do not waste time comparing yourself to the ‘best’ because each talent on Earth is slightly different because it resides in a slightly different person. At 65 yrs of age, having gone through the same emotional terain you are now traveling, I can truthfully tell you that you will never feel ‘worthy’ or ‘top’ if you depend on people outside of yourself to make that determination. THe only true, solid, real belief in your worth can come from inside yourself….a belief you get by doing what you know your must do, and doing it to the best of your ability, regardless of the outcome. That is what makes any person from any part of the world worthy.
